Marl & Mere operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Marl & Mere is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Marl & Mere reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until Marl & Mere confirms acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will notify you using the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, as described in our Cancellation Policy. Your purchases may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. UK shipping is free of charge.
We may offer promotions from time to time that are governed by their own terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will apply.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made in our store, and to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. All delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed of any significant delay. If we cancel your order for this reason, we will refund you in full.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part of them) at our discretion at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with our contract with you — that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms.

We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. 19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall still be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
20. Waiver; Entire Agreement
If we fail to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service, this shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

You can bring legal proceedings in respect of our products in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts; if you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
